Susan Dean is the Director of Operations for McKesson’s pharmaceutical distribution center in Montgomery, NY. Susan is responsible for all operational activities and P&L accountability across the facility, as well as inventory accountability and exposure to risk and loss for a highly automated distribution center.

Susan was raised in a military family resulting in her residence across the United States and overseas. Susan earned a Doctorate of Business Administration degree from Walden University, an MBA in Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from John Carroll University. Susan’s co-authored article, “Soft Skills Needed for the 21st-Century Workforce” is published in the International Journal of Applied Management and Technology.

Susan is a member of the board of directors of the McKesson OWNIT employee resource group, the Orange County Workforce Development Board, the Council of Industry, the Orange County Citizens Foundation and the Orange County Partnership. She is a member of the Orange County Business Partnership Workforce Development Committee and the Mount Saint Mary Business Advisory Council.
