Fulfillment Policy

As a membership organization, below is our fullfillment policy:

– Once you’ve registered to become a member and paid your dues, you will have immediate access to our online directory where you can display your company’s information, events, job posts and special deals.
– If you are registering for an event, your name will be added to our registered list immediately upon payment.
– You have 3 days from day of membership application to cancel your membership and receive a full refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your request to be processed.
– There are no refunds for event registrations unless the Business Council of Greater Montgomery cancels the event, at which point you’ll receive a full refund.
– You have 3 days from day of corporate membership application to cancel your sponsorship and request a refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your request to be processed.
