The Business Council of Greater Montgomery through our P.O.W.E.R. committee works hand-in-hand with business organizations and the local school district in to bring a unique program to the community.
Our youth needs direction when they’re getting ready to create their future. Our work based learning, and Entrepreneurial Success Program will introduce options when making this decision. It’ll also help strengthen our community by introducing life-defining local options.
Our work based learning programs offer the following:
Practical Skill Development: Our work-based learning program puts high school students in real-life working environments, where they can develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience that prepares them for the workforce.
Industry-Relevant Curriculum: We work directly with businesses, schools and industries to ensure that our curriculum is up-to-date and aligns with the latest industry standards and practices.
Personalized Learning Experience: Our program provides students with individualized attention and mentorship from experienced professionals, allowing them to learn at their own pace and receive customized feedback.
