Conor is an economic development professional, holding the position as Executive Director of the Town of Montgomery Industrial Development Agency and Director of Economic Development and Planning for the Town.

Conor received his Masters of Public Administration from Binghamton University with a specialization in local government management, leadership and evidence based decision making.

Conor is proud to serve the community he grew up in, and is excited to continue to serve the small business community of the Town of Montgomery.
