Gary Schuster is a Partner with Jacobowitz & Gubits, LLP, in Walden. His varied practice includes business and nonprofit law, arts and entertainment, copyright and trademark, estate planning, administration and litigation, guardianships, and real estate.

Gary has helped form, buy and sell of all kinds of businesses including medical and veterinary practices, printers and publishers, tech companies, franchises, restaurants, bus companies, liquor stores, gas stations, hair salons, tattoo parlors, funeral homes, a theater, and more.

Gary also has extensive experience as a Board member, officer, and attorney representing many kinds of nonprofits. In addition to GMBC, Gary is currently Board Secretary of the New York Council of Nonprofits (NYCON), and also serves on The Orange County Citizens Foundation and the Orange County Arts Council. He was also an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Orange teaching Music Business.
