Hello!

My name is Theresa Espinoza and I am currently the Computer Paraprofessional at Montgomery Elementary School.

First, a common tale – my family and I moved to the Village of Montgomery a little over six years ago from the city and bought our first home. We wanted to raise our three daughters in a good school district, in a community where we felt safe, located near public transportation because at the time, my husband I were both commuting to the city for work – we liked that there was a bus stop in the village, the Metro North railroad, and easy highway access.

For the last three years I served on the Executive Board of the PTA where I organized many events and co-chaired several successful fundraisers. My background is in hospitality where I worked at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel for nearly 15 years, and prior to that I worked for Loews Hotels in midtown Manhattan.

When you work in the service industry you work alongside people from everywhere on the globe and from all walks of life, and I have been fortunate to be a part of some of the best teams of people. We have accomplished so much together, working together, and why I feel passionate about the mission of the Business Council in our three villages.
